DTechnics Remote Assistance service makes it possible for us to connect to your computer securely via the internet.
Basically once we have connected to your computer we can perform a variety of maintenance and support tasks while you watch or while you carry on with your daily tasks. Amazingly DTechnics can perform most of your computer maintenance this way, meaning you get maintenance performed quicker, at a lower cost and enhance your overall experience. DTechnics Retainer Program
What is in the DTechnics retainer programme?
Annual visit to carry out a full service (Subject depending on contract agreement)
Up to four site visits per annum if the nature of repair requires it (Depending on contract agreement)
Resolution of ad-hoc queries through telephone, remote access, fax or email which covers the following:
o Virus removal
o Unable to send and receive emails
o Unable to use facilities i.e. printers
o Unable to access the internet
o Problems getting new software purchases to work
o PC fails to boot
o Advice on new purchases
Collection and delivery service
Discount on all IT purchases as a DTechnics retained client
Discount on any hardware requirements from repairs carried out
To illustrate our commitment to our retained client service, we will undertake to do the following:
Answer all email queries within 24 hours
Return all phone queries requiring action within 24 hours
Carry out a site visit within 5 days depending on priority. For urgent repairs these will be carried out within 24 hours.
Retainers are paid for through a monthly standing order, and can save countless hours of frustration with your IT system, but more importantly will save you money throughout the year.
